We couldn't have bought a house without Brad! As first time home buyers, Brad guided me and my wife through a VERY challenging housing market. He is knowledgeable about what to look for when touring a home. At every home showing we learned something new about home construction, maintenance and potential resaleability. We felt we were getting better as home buyers after each showing! Brad always had our best interests in mind. We never felt rushed or pressured into a decision. He genuinely wanted us to find a well-cared for home and he would even caution us against certain homes after he noticed redflags during the showings. We took his advice during the inspection period and found a sewer line issue that we were able to negotiate the seller into fixing. This was only possible because Brad helped us write an offer with a proper inspection contingency, something the market doesn't always allow right now. Brad is a kind, approachable and professional person. Whenever we messaged him, he responded quickly and made himself available as best as possible for showings. We looked forward to seeing him at the showings as he became a friend and took an interest in our family. Even though we are grateful to be done shopping and into our home, we will miss our weekly showing appointments with him. Brad is definitely doing the work he is meant to be doing!
